* send a pooled sample by species group treated (eg the goats, the horse, the hens)
* collect the sample between day 10 to 21 after treatment
* complete the form below - its vital to tell us which treatment was used
* we will inform you of any local resistance cases within your area postcode
* If you would prefer each individual to be re-checked, please complete the normal form above, full repeat tests are at 50% reduction (£7.25)
Top Tips & FAQs
* Avoid doggie poo bags, composting bags & green bio-degradeable bags - they start breaking down straight away!
* Don't use 'SIGNED-FOR' posting - if we're not here the Postie may come back another day
* Avoid the days before a bank holiday - that always seems unreliable, especially the week between Xmas & New Year
* Be extra careful with 'LARGE LETTER' stamp - if the poo bunches up in transit they can reject the parcel as too wide
* You can send any mixture of species within the same £14.50 package
* You can take up to 3 days collecting your samples, keep them cool & dark - but not in the fridge, that's too cold for the eggs
* CHICKEN POO - this is remarkably stinky! it upsets the Postie the most so please wrap samples well and double bag tightly
* In peak summer / a heat wave - either avoid posting or add a frozen pack to your parcel - a frozen glove of peas or rice works well
