HOWTO

* We'll e-mail with results within 7 days & help you create your bespoke worming plan

* We'll e-mail a click-on invoice via PayPal the week after your results, you don't need a paypal account - you can pay with a card

STEP 1: pick some poo

  • Grab a fresh sample inside a freezer bag (or disposable glove)

  • Don't worry if a little hay or straw goes in the bag

  • Aim for a heaped tablespoon / palm of your hand size

  • Send the whole poo for a tortoise - don't worry if its small

  • Write the name of the animal or group on the bag

STEP 2: Double Bag

Wrap

  • Wrap your sample bag(s) in kitchen roll - there should be enough to absorb any fluids that might leak

  • Stuff this bundle inside another zip-lock freezer bag

  • SUMMER STINK: please help improve the life of our lovely postman, his van often stinks with our samples! In warm weather keep samples to max 1 tablespoon size and ideally wrap everything inside a bin bag as well

  • Choose a good sized envelope or jiffy bag (A5 size works best)

  • Write your postcode on the back - that's how we know its your sample

  • Write: 'Exempt Animal Specimen' on the front

  • Address to: 'Tomtebo, Nickley Wood, Ashford TN26 1LZ'

  • Post: it will need a large letter stamp, big specimens will be a small parcel

How To Pay
Pay after your results email has come through
Choose Bank Transfer or PayPal:
BACs Banking details are on an invoice with your results
The week after your results, I'll send a PayPal click-on invoice if you haven't used the bank transfer. You can also pop a cheque in with your sample if you prefer non-electronic methods, please use my married name of Mrs Emily Holbrook
